The new product research and development stage begins to formulate product quality control plans, formulate product inspection outlines, and on-site quality process control (three-level document execution). There are records of incoming inspection, incoming material inspection, process inspection and employee self-inspection. Inspectors must do first inspection, process inspection, and general inspection.

3. What is the quality problem that your company has experienced before? How to improve and solve this problem?

The company uses the PDCA cycle method to carry out quality problem discovery, improvement, and promotion. In the production process of the product, there will be a small probability of casting defects and surface finish problems. The company will carry out QC group activities to improve through corrective and preventive measures.

The residue such as grease,oxide etc on the surface and connection must be removed strictly before the brazing.
